Maggie made an appearance finally!!  Hi Maggie!  :)  She's come and go--not really into the readathon yet, but hopefully she'll be around more.  Scott's out of the house, so otherwise it's quiet and lonely.

MiniChallenge: Show me the Books

Below are my shelves.  Totally not organized as I realized last night when I was looking for 'thon books.  But I love them still...

How's it going for you??  I'm starting to get sleeping but am trying to pump up.  Might have to go for a quick cat nap later.

  1. I love that look she's giving you. With the one paw out, as if she's asking if she can come up. :D

  2. I love the juxtaposition pf your bookshelves. And don't worry--my kitties haven't gotten too enthusiastic yet either. Their late risers, so they are only now starting to wake up for the day!

  3. Awww what a cutie :) I am sure having a cat near would make it easier to read...or more difficult lol

  5. I love seeing how people have their books set up. If I was home I would have to take some pictures myself!

You are getting a nice variety of activities done. Seems like you are making the best of everything the readathon has to offer! :)

Great picture you got of Maggie!

    Happy reading, keep it up.

  6. Hey Trish,

Thanks for the heads-up that you put up a Maggie pic! She's such a pretty girl. I'm within 50 pages of finishing my second book (both of them were already in progress), so I'm happy. Hubby called to ask me to pull down a print to measure it and I toppled so I'll be sporting some interesting bruises, tomorrow. I think I'll go back to my pillow, now. It's safer when I'm reading. ;)

  7. My cats both got bored and ditched me, maybe they will come back :) Looks like you're still going strong!

  8. Snuggling while reading is a major reason I'd love to have a cat right now! Maggie looks like an adorable one. Good luck continuing your reading!
