I am gonna do this! I keep meaning to do it and forgetting.

    What movie is that from?

I’ll trade you vacuuming for bagging up the trash.

  2. Andi

You’re in McKinney! I’m actually out in Caddo Mills (Greenville area) at the moment. For some reason I was thinking you were in closer to Dallas.

Anyhoo, loved reading this from you. Those babies + accessories will do it EVERY TIME.

  3. Irene

Love that photo of you, love the movie quote and I LOVE Pickled beets. Good to get to know you a little more. You’re a doll.

  4. Paxton

Holy crap thank you for that pet peeve. I HATE THAT. I spend more time returning wayward carts than I do shopping.

    Drives. Me. Nuts.

    Oh, and Patti Mayonnaise?

    Pax

We share a pet peeve. My husband thinks I’m nuts, but I ALWAYS return my cart! I often end up returning several others along the way.

I love vacuuming! I’ll do your vacuuming if you’ll mop my floors. :)

I love the photo! Checking out a book while surrounded by toys. Doesn’t get any better than that.

*Nymeth – Yes, American Beauty is quite quotable!

*Lisa – Do it!! And the movie is American Beauty.

*Andi – Grew up in Plano but I work around the High Five–maybe that’s why you thought more Dallas. I love to bemoan Dallas traffic on twitter. ;) I thought you were more Dallas area, too!

*Irene – People really eat pickled beets? ;) I had no idea! LOL!

*Rhapsody – Patti Mayonnaise from the cartoon Doug. For one week in the 3rd grade I wanted to be called Patty instead of Tricia. :)

*Softdrink – I honestly couldn’t even tell you what a beet tastes like. What does one eat beets with?? I’ve only had pickled beets and ICK!

*Paxton – I wasn’t always so passionate about the shopping carts, but boy does it tick me off now!! And Patti Mayonnaise from the cartoon Doug. Patti short for Patricia and the short blonde hair…I guess.

*Vivienne – You should make the apple pie! It’s SO easy and very yummy.

*Kailana – The picture is one of my favorites. :) Love reading everyone’s posts as well.

*Bermuda – Glad I’m not alone. Pickled beets = ICK!

*Kristi – Ha! I’m so glad that the shopping cart thing bothers other people as well. It doesn’t take that long, people!! And I don’t mop. Ever. Oops. ;) But you must be crazypants for loving to vacuum! Ha!

We just watched American Beauty! Love the name of your daughter, by the way.

Vacuuming! I miss vacuuming. We have hardwood floors and two cats, so it’s a bit of a chore to get the floors clean!

  8. Care

Another great alphabet list! I do understand the dislike for the beets – my dad has the same afflication. But I’m so happy I have decided to like them anyway.

  9. Les

What a cute picture!! I think I have a photo of my daughter that looks almost like this (same blond pigtails and just about the same age!).

So, I’ll trade you vacuuming for scrubbing the shower. And I’m right there with you on the beets. Blech!

We definitely had that red headed doll at our house too. All the sisters must have made them (and Terry must have figured out how to make them.)
The shopping cart thing drives me nuts too.
    What movie is that from?

I’m so sorry if any of you subscribed and I didn’t respond to your comment. Boo, I suck. :( But thank you for taking the time.

Michelle – No idea about the pillow. But Rachel said that she recognizes the doll. Guess Grandma made them for several of the girls one year. Ha! ;)
